SecurityEngineer

The Security Engineer is responsible for protecting the organization's systems, networks, and data from cyber threats. This role involves designing and implementing secure network solutions, identifying vulnerabilities, monitoring security infrastructure, and responding to incidents to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain security tools, protocols, and infrastructure
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and risk analysis
• Monitor systems and networks for security breaches and investigate violations
• Implement and maintain firewalls, IDS/IPS, antivirus systems, and encryption protocols
• Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and best practices
• Coordinate incident response and forensic investigations
• Review system configurations and network architecture for security improvements
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Stay updated with the latest security threats, trends, and technologies
• Provide training and support to internal teams on security awareness
