Security Officer

Role & responsibilities-

• Implement comprehensive security strategies and action plans.
• Ensure safety compliance, complete mandatory training, and lead hazard hunts.
• Foster a culture of safety and responsibility among the security and support team.

Key skills required-

• Strengthen security measures, mitigate risks, and enhance perimeter security.
• Conduct risk assessments, manage materials flow, oversee CCTV & fencing installation, and ensure timely procurement.
• Ensure safety compliance, conduct training, lead hazard hunts, and coordinate with external agencies.
• Support ICON security personnel and promote safety culture among drivers and staff.
• Implement digital security systems, GPS tracking, and software for visitor management & incident reporting.
