Security Guard
Job Description
Greet customers and drivers politely and escort them to the front office.
Record customer details and vehicle numbers in the register.
Register details of outside laborers and tools; cross-check at exit.
Inspect staff baggage upon leaving the premises.
Verify gate passes of staff leaving during office hours.
Collect and manage gate passes for materials, company vehicles, and service vehicles; obtain signatures on inventory checklists.
Guide vehicles leaving the premises.
Maintain cleanliness and order in the gate and security room.
Prevent unauthorized visitors from entering the premises.
Record daily readings of KSEB HT meter and generator fuel.
Collect documentation for every vehicle delivered.
Conduct weekly stock checks of vehicles on-site.
Prevent vehicles from being parked in unauthorized areas.
Record meter readings of company vehicles at the start and end of use.
Restrict outsiders from entering the workshop floor.
Switch on/off required lights and check all electrical systems after office hours.
Register and verify all materials coming from outside; record bill details.
Ensure all doors are locked after office hours.
