Security Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Understand the integration type of applications and onboard them into Ping-Federate, Ping Access, or PingOne SSO
• Collaborate with application and client teams to deliver configurations according to requirements
• Configure authentication policies, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect (OIDC) applications
• Handle support tickets, incidents, and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Work on Jira items related to SSO integration and configuration
• Participate in build projects and assist in project delivery
• Utilize SIEM tools like Splunk for monitoring and troubleshooting
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and best practices in SSO management
