Security Consultant - Biometrics

Key Responsibilities:

• Device Management: Handle installation, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting of biometric devices.
• OS & Driver Support: Troubleshoot Windows/Linux client OS issues affecting device functionality; perform advanced driver checks, updates, and root-cause analysis.
• Compliance & Remediation: Execute and validate baseline remediation, enforce compliance standards, and apply corrective actions to restriction/unrestriction policies.
• Team Support: Mentor and guide L1 engineers, share knowledge, and provide technical guidance.
• Documentation & Reporting: Create troubleshooting guides, document resolutions, and support audits and patching activities.
• Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with vendors for escalations and issue resolution as needed.
