Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Taking Dictation/Typing of notes / notices etc.
  2. Taking Minutes of meetings
  3. Replying to the emails and various other correspondences
  4. Coordination of various Departmental meetings and necessary follow ups
  5. Photocopying of required material
  6. Maintaining the database & official documents
  7. Arrange travel schedules & desk
  8. Coordinating with the Inter Department & the University officials
  9. Fixing appointments/maintaining the dairy
  10. Providing administrative support and other office duties
  11. Assume any other responsibilities as assigned by higher authorities
