Secondary Teacher - Physical Education

Key Responsibilities:

Teaching PE (60% time):

• Develop Annual Plans, Unit Plans, and Lesson Plans for Physical Education.
• Ensure plans balance fitness and sports expertise for students.
• Conduct PE and sports classes (approx. 3 classes per grade).
• Conduct regular tests and assessments to monitor student fitness.
• Build a positive school culture focused on learning and joy.
• Collaborate with parents to create a positive learning environment.

Manage External Sports Coaches (20% time):

• Identify and onboard 3-4 sports coaches for students.
• Monitor coaches' performance to ensure professionalism and effectiveness.
• Register students for sports meets, events, and competitions regularly.

Leading Projects in School (20% time):

• Collaborate with Principal, Vice Principal, and teachers to design and execute school projects such as Annual Day, Sports Day, and Hobby Clubs.
• Use projects to strengthen leadership and mentoring skills.
