Job Description

• SDWAN - Velocloud, Viptela, Versa, Meraki, Fortinet
• Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
• Must-Have
• Hands-on Experience in Network Monitoring and Alert Management
• Experience in troubleshooting transport layer issue (WAN Link)
• Experience working on Large global MPLS/SD-WAN Projects
• Exposure on uCPE, WAN accelerators, Firewall technologies
• Ability to work with customers in activating services
• Planning, designing, and creating supporting documentation upgrades and increased network security
• Preferred implementation experience of SD-WAN on platform like Versa, Cisco-Viptela & Meraki MX, Velocloud, Fortinet etc.
• Designing and implementing new network solutions and/or improving the efficiency of current networks
• Installing, configuring and supporting network equipment
• Maximizing network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting
• Arranging scheduled upgrades
• Investigating faults in the network
• Updating network equipment to the latest firmware releases
• Reporting network status to key stakeholders

Good-to-Have

• Minimum of 2 years experience in networking domain
• Support with 24x7 operations (Rotational Shifts)
• Cisco CCNA and any SDWAN certification would be added advantage
