Sdet Engineer

• Collaborate with the Risk Development and QA teams to analyze, identify, and resolve issues in Falcon processing in non-production environments.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts to validate Falcon integration and authorization flows.
• Perform root cause analysis and provide timely solutions for system issues or failures.
• Execute and monitor jobs and processes using Unix/Linux shell scripting.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data validation and analysis using Oracle.
• Maintain system logs, test documentation, and incident records to improve future troubleshooting and support activities.
• Support deployment activities, smoke testing, and system health checks in non-production environments.
• Provide input to improve CI/CD automation and test coverage.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux, including shell scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
• Proficient in Oracle and SQL for querying and analyzing large datasets.
• Hands-on experience with Falcon Fraud Management System is highly desirable.
• Good understanding of authorization systems and card payment processing.
• Experience working with QA and development teams in non-production support environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex system issues.
• Familiarity with test automation frameworks is a plus (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
