Sdet Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and execute functional test cases to ensure software quality.
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium and TypeScript.
• Analyze requirements and create detailed test plans, test scripts, and test scenarios.
• Identify, document, and report defects, ensuring efficient bug resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, and QA teams) to ensure proper implementation of test strategies.
• Perform API testing and integration testing as required.
• Monitor and improve test automation coverage to reduce manual efforts.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in test automation.
• Ensure timely delivery of test deliverables while maintaining high accuracy and quality.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in functional testing and test automation.
• Strong proficiency in Selenium for browser automation and TypeScript as a scripting language.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, or similar.
• Experience with API testing tools (Postman, Rest Assured, etc.) is a plus.
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing life cycle (STLC).
• Experience in scrum testing is needed.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
