Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test frameworks to streamline testing processes and improve overall efficiency and quality.
• Define comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and detailed test cases to ensure full test coverage across all software components (front-end/GUI, APIs, Backend).
• Conduct testing for front-end/GUI, APIs, and Backend using various tools like DevTest Service Virtualization, Postman, and custom in-house tools or frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with software developers, product managers, and quality assurance engineers to identify and address quality issues early in the development cycle.
• Champion and implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices to accelerate software delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Participate actively in backlog review and refinement activities to facilitate analysis and test design.
• Design, improve, and integrate business processes across disparate systems from a testing perspective.
• Perform rigorous regression testing when bugs are resolved to ensure no new defects are introduced.
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet evolving product needs.
• Liaise with internal teams (e.g., developers and product managers) to further identify product requirements and user expectations.
• Track and report on key quality assurance metrics (e.g., defect densities and open defect counts).

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java (with a minimum of 4 years of experience) or Python.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
• Experience with Selenium automation frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of API and UI testing, with hands-on experience using various IDEs (e.g., Visual Studio Code, Eclipse, PyCharm, IntelliJ).
• Strong knowledge of pipelines creation using YAML and/or Azure DevOps (ADO), GitHub Actions, and other CI/CD tools.
• Strong knowledge of Git and principles of version controlling.
• Hands-on experience in the design and development of test automation frameworks.
• Intermediate to strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, and GCP architecture, services, and principles.
• Experience with DevTest and Postman for testing.

Good to Have:

• Preferred experience in Python and PowerShell scripting.
• SAFe Agilist, SAFe Scrum Master, or Certified Scrum Master certifications.
• Possession of one or more cloud beginner certifications.
