 Job Description

Must have:

•    5+ years' experience in various phases of testing, designing, and developing complex enterprise applications.
•   Ability to influence and drive quality across teams, across disciplines, and across organizations. 
•    3+ years' experience working in an Agile SDLC & exposure to JIRA along with other Agile tools. Exposure to Test Management tools like TestRail will be added advantage.
•    Strong object-oriented programming, debugging, and test automation skills with C#, TypeScript /JavaScript especially ES6 NodeJS
•    Perform both UI and Restful APIs testing using Scripts and tools like Postman, SOAPUI, Swagger- Open API Specs.
•    Extremely comfortable with asynchronous programming like C# tasks and JS Promises
•   3+ years hands on working with UI Automation tools like Selenium and modern tools like Playwright or Cypress.
•    Should have at least worked on one performance testing tool like JMeter with a strong understanding of various elements, lifecycle, and scoping rules of those elements.
•   Perform exploratory testing to understand the feature and how it is implemented. Find additional or unexpected behavior and refine and define additional test cases for the feature
•    Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
•    Windows 2016, 2019, SQL experience.

Good to Have Qualifications

•   Advocate our customers throughout the product cycle through feedback, test design, collaboration with other functional teams.
•   Any orientation to NoSQL databases like Mongo DB, Influx will be added advantage.
•   Manage the delivery of high-quality software releases within budget and to schedule.
•    Experience as a team leader on complex projects, providing guidance on design and development approach
•    Good understanding of scripting languages such shell and/or PowerShell programming
•    Ability to collaborate across multiple teams for process improvement and standardization.
•  Expected to have theoretical understanding of various Performance Testing methodologies.
•   Expected to have strong conceptual understanding of CI/CD/ DevOps especially GitHub Actions
•    Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science
•    Ability to work on WSL or any distribution of Linux like Ubuntu and understanding containers like Dockers will be added advantage.
