Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and product features

Build new APIs and enhance existing APIs within monolith and microservices architectures

Architect and implement event-driven systems using message brokers such as Kafka and RabbitMQ

Develop microservices aligned with performance, reliability, and scalability requirements

Build frameworks to monitor system performance, uptime, and reliability

Improve and optimize existing services for scalability and high availability

Design and upgrade systems to securely store and manage sensitive data

Debug and resolve production issues across distributed systems and multiple stack layers

Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to build and ship large-scale features

Improve engineering standards, code quality, tooling, and development processes

Contribute to scaling backend systems to handle increasing traffic and data volumes

Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical knowledge sharing
