Scrum Master/Sales Force

Description

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with expertise in Salesforce to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and a proven track record of facilitating Scrum processes to enhance team performance and deliver quality results.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate with product owners to manage the product backlog and ensure clarity of requirements.
• Guide the team in applying Agile methodologies and practices effectively to improve productivity and quality.
• Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team's progress and ensure smooth workflows.
• Coach team members on Scrum principles and practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Monitor and report on team progress and performance metrics to stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role with strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) are highly desirable.
• Experience with Salesforce, including knowledge of its functionalities and how it integrates with Agile processes.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills to empower teams and encourage collaboration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
