Scrum Master Software Engineering

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Promote and implement the Scrum framework, ensuring effective execution of all Agile ceremonies.
• Support the development team to stay focused on priorities defined by the Product Owner.
• Identify and help resolve impediments affecting team performance.
• Develop and sustain Visual Management tools to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Create, review, and maintain test plans, protocols, and scenarios; document test execution results.
• Build and maintain tools to monitor Scrum KPIs and facilitate software development lifecycle documentation.
• Drive and motivate self-managing teams to deliver high-quality software products.
• Ensure traceability and compliance in verification activities for complex software systems.
