Scrum Master (N FLEX platform)

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Program Manager to lead agile delivery of projects on the Model N FLEX platform. The ideal candidate will drive sprint planning, coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure timely and high-quality releases, and align stakeholder objectives with technical execution.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Serve as Scrum Master for Model N FLEX platform projects, facilitating agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA, product owners, and stakeholders.
• Manage sprint progress, identify blockers, and ensure resolution to maintain velocity.
• Track project delivery milestones and ensure on-time, in-scope, and high-quality releases.
• Align business goals with development efforts and ensure transparency in execution.
• Implement agile best practices and continuously improve team performance.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to provide regular updates and manage expectations.
