Scrum Master

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate scrum teams to achieve project goals, milestones, and deliverables
• Implement and promote agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and refine project requirements
• Develop, maintain, and track project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders
• Identify potential risks, issues, and dependencies impacting project delivery and drive mitigation plans
• Monitor team performance and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead and motivate teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects
