Scrum Master

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and a proven track record of successfully guiding teams through complex projects. This role requires a leader who can effectively remove impediments, foster collaboration, and ensure project success.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and guide multiple large-scale Scrum team projects.
• Act as a dedicated Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Agile Coach for the team.
• Utilize strong problem-solving and collaboration skills to address blockers and impediments.
• Facilitate Scrum events and ensure all team members understand and adhere to Agile principles.

Required Candidate Profile

• Experience:
• At least 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Agile Coach.
• A minimum of 2+ years of experience working on large-scale Scrum team projects.
• Overall 6+ years of IT experience.
• Skills:
• Proven proficiency with tools such as VSTS and Jira.
• Work Schedule:
• Hybrid work model.
• 2 PM to 11 PM shift.

Additional Information

• Salary: Up to ₹14 LPA fixed.
