• Required to manage scrum ceremonies for two or more agile teams. Strong Agile fundamentals with technical acumen required.
• Drives alignment with POs, Engineers and leaders.
• Communication with leadership on delivery status and key decisions needed to support project delivery - including signoffs
• Steers technical program conversations (e.g., relating to architectural approach and system design) and articulates solutions; co-develops and documents solution
• Follows and instills documentation best practices to ensure designs meet requirements
• Develops documentation to ensure ongoing maintenance and development of technical and regulatory solutions
• Document all Tech Debt/Health features to be delivered in the upcoming timebox in JIRA (rotation basis each PI)
• Finalize commitments, sprint plans with Tech teams from a tech perspective
• PI Readiness (take features through the PI readiness criteria to assess the completeness of the features from a tech perspective)
• Risk and Issues identification and management plan
• Dependencies identification and management
• Milestones set-up and Release plan management
• Understands tech stack to help plan and progress work

Mandatory Skills

• Good knowledge on SAFE agile and has practiced for min 2 + years
• Handled 2 -3 scrum teams as a scrum master
• Has good understanding of PI planning
• Has good understanding of technical aspects and can converse with stakeholders
