Scrum Master

Job Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and manage all Scrum ceremonies (e.g., Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective) for agile teams.
• Drive the successful delivery of team deliverables, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and processes.
• Report key metrics and progress to stakeholders, providing transparency on team performance and project status.
• Serve as a servant leader, coaching the team in self-organization and cross-functionality.
• Identify and remove impediments to the team's progress.
• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience as a Scrum Master.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to conduct Scrum ceremonies effectively.

Good to Have:

• SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) certification.
• Knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) configuration and administration.
• Domain understanding in Hi-Tech, Manufacturing, Sales, or Service sectors.
