Scrum Master

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily stand-up meetings; ensure clarity on team roles, responsibilities, and queue status
• Track deliverables and provide status updates to relevant teams and stakeholders
• Coordinate across multiple cross-functional teams within the Analytics domain
• Monitor and follow up on tasks assigned to various team queues
• Set up and lead feedback sessions; gather and synthesize feedback for continuous improvement
• Identify and track process gaps; propose and implement process improvements
• Establish and reinforce Agile best practices within analytical teams
• Support team collaboration and communication across diverse stakeholder groups

Must-Haves Skills:

• Proven experience leading multiple Scrum teams simultaneously
• Strong hands-on expertise with JIRA for Agile project tracking
• Deep understanding and application of Agile methodologies

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills:

• SAFe® Agilist (SA) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) certification
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification
• 2+ years of Agile Coaching experience
• Experience in Agile Analytics – ability to work in ambiguous project scopes without a clearly defined end product
• Strong understanding of data/analytics projects: ability to define roadmaps and milestones even with evolving requirements
• Experience collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to understand nuanced requirements
• Familiarity with Power BI and its application in analytics projects

Disqualifiers:

• Lack of experience in leading or driving calls with cross-functional teams
• Inability to independently manage and communicate with stakeholders
• Rigid or inflexible application of Agile methods without understanding the analytical project context

• Managing and tracking progress across 8–10 parallel workstreams
• Ensuring clear understanding and visibility of each stream's stage and needs
• Driving alignment in projects where initial vision or end product may not be fully defined
