Scrum master

We are looking for a Scrum Master based in Hyderabad to lead Agile delivery processes across the full product lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Agile SAFe implementations and will be responsible for facilitating all core Agile ceremonies while closely collaborating with client teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all Agile phases including planning, daily standups, iteration planning, and product lifecycle management
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, and PI Planning
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and implementing Agile best practices
• Ensure alignment with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) across global teams and projects
• Collaborate directly with client teams, product owners, and cross-functional delivery groups
• Support Agile adoption across the organization by coaching and mentoring team members
• Monitor sprint progress and remove impediments to ensure successful delivery

Mandatory Requirements:

• Proven hands-on experience in more than one project involving Agile SAFe rollout in a global organization
• Strong understanding of Agile values, principles, and Scrum practices
• Must work onsite at Hyderabad office at least two working days per week
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
