Overall 12 - 16 years experience with demonstrated 4-6 years experience as a Scrum Master

Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

Strong proficiency and experience with Agile practices, processes, and artifacts

Deep knowledge of Agile/Scrum

Deep understanding of JIRA/Kanban boards. Exposure to tools like Jira Align will be an added benefit

Experience in collaborating or partnering with other development teams will be an advantage

Knowledge of Brokerage, Asset Management or Investment Banking domains will be an added advantage
