Job Description
- Experience with installation and administration of the SCOM (System Center Operations Manager) console
- Proficient in application support and maintenance of monitoring and notification rules within SCOM
- Ability to create, install, and manage custom Management Packs (MPs)
- Strong understanding of SCOM console security, patch management, and role-based access
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for SCOM components and custom scripts
- Experience in creating custom SCOM reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
- Skilled in Microsoft PowerShell scripting for task automation within SCOM
- Solid understanding of application/network performance and availability monitoring
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for documentation and user training
- Willingness to be on-call for support and issue resolution
