Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

SCM Process Expertise:

  • Deep understanding of Inventory Management, Purchase Process, Sales Process, Warehouse Management, Transfer Orders, and Master Planning.
  • Analyze business requirements and map them to standard SCM processes in Dynamics 365 / AX.

Configuration & Setup:

  • Configure products, items, BOMs, and master data.
  • Setup number sequences, dimensions, ledgers, and tax configurations.
  • Design functional solutions for customization, reporting, and system integration.

Testing & Validation:

  • Conduct unit, integration, and functional testing to validate SCM processes.
  • Support data migration activities through data entities and ensure accuracy.

Requirement Gathering & Workshops:

  • Conduct workshops and requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders.
  • Deliver system demos and presentations to business users.

Documentation:

  • Prepare project artifacts such as FRD, FDD, User Guides, Fit-Gap Analysis, and functional specifications.

Project Implementation:

  • Participate in end-to-end project implementation across various phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Support the design and implementation of functional solutions for business process improvements.

Qualifications & Certifications:

  • Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and/or AX 2012 R3.
  • AX Certification is a plus.
