Scm Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Finalize production plan in line with demand through close coordination with Marketing & Production teams.
• Track the production plan and monitor execution throughout the month.
• Prepare and schedule dispatch plans aligned with the sales plan.
• Provide allocation of finished goods to all stakeholders as per customer requirements.
• Coordinate with QC, QA, Production, and Logistics teams to ensure dispatches take place as per the approved plan.
• Liaise with Marketing team regarding COA approvals, and follow up on any pending approvals.
• Prepare and circulate dispatch plans based on financial clearance/approvals from Marketing.
• Review FG NPA (Non-moving / slow-moving stock) and prepare liquidation plans for the same.
• Maintain daily & monthly data reports by collecting feedback from all stakeholders.
• Escalate anticipated matters, bottlenecks, or critical business requirements to respective departments for timely resolution.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Distribution teams to capture the Voice of Customer (VOC) and monitor customer service levels.
• Ensure strict adherence to Companys Safety and GMP norms in all SCM-related activities.
