Key Responsibilities:

• Provide functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Dynamics AX 2012 R3.
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and system demonstrations for clients.
• Prepare key project documentation including FRD, FDD, User Guides, and Fit-Gap analysis.
• Design and implement functional solutions for customizations, reports, and system integrations.
• Support data migration using data entities, ensuring business process alignment.
• Configure system setups such as number sequences, dimensions, ledger settings, and tax setups.
• Perform testing of functional and integrated modules to ensure process accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery across all lifecycle phases.
