Purpose:

Create specialized content with limited supervision, supporting the end-to-end publication and medical education content development process, including documentation and approval in PromoMats/iEnvision.
Develop and maintain therapeutic area expertise and collaborate with peers to establish best practices.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure high-quality, compliant, and timely deliverables.

People:

Maintain effective relationships with the medical scientific community within the allocated Global Business Unit and product.
Interact effectively with healthcare professionals on publication content.
Share expertise and assist other writers in knowledge development.

Performance:

Deliver publication and medical education materials (slide decks, abstracts, posters, manuscripts, etc.) within agreed timelines and quality standards.
Provide strategic support to individuals and institutions that serve as resources for publication purposes.

Process:

Develop complex publication and medical education materials.
Support medical communication and build subject matter expertise in the assigned therapeutic area.
Assist the scientific communication team in conducting comprehensive publication-need analysis.
Implement elements of the publication plan and associated activities for the year in the designated region.
Collaborate with vendors to ensure deliverables meet defined processes and quality expectations.
Design improvement plans based on end-user feedback to enhance course content and delivery.

Stakeholder:

Collaborate with regional/area scientific communication teams to identify publication needs and assist in developing deliverables.
Liaise with Product Managers, MSLs, and medical departments to prepare relevant and customized materials.

About You:

Minimum of 2 years' experience in content creation for the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry or academia.
Strong stakeholder management, communication skills, and ability to work independently and in a team.
Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, similar discipline, or a medical degree.
Excellent spoken and written English skills.
Technical expertise in therapeutic area/domain knowledge, publication submission processes, and/or project management.
