Key Responsibilities

School Design & Strategic Leadership

• Develop and drive a three-year school vision and strategic roadmap.
• Design the academic year, student week, and unit plans aligned to school context and goals.
• Oversee school operations including facility management, data systems, compliance, and government permissions in collaboration with the Network Team.
• Build and sustain a nurturing, high-performance culture for staff and students.
• Monitor daily school functioning and ensure continuous improvement in student outcomes.
• Document and systematize best practices to support replication across schools.
• Collaborate with the Finance Team to plan and optimize school budgets effectively.

Team Management & Staff Development

• Build deep relationships with each staff member and co-create ambitious annual goals.
• Coach teachers and leaders on planning, execution, classroom excellence, and reflection.
• Conduct quarterly performance reviews and identify key improvement levers.
• Establish and reinforce strong cultural norms through regular alignment meetings.
• Partner with HR to design clear career pathways and improve staff retention.

Stakeholder Investment & External Relations

• Build strong partnerships with elected representatives and education officers.
• Collaborate with the School Management Committee and parent community.
• Engage funding and volunteering partners to strengthen school resources and impact.
• Represent the school within the larger iTeach Leadership Team and contribute to organizational growth.
