Job Description

Key Respobsibilities :

  • Project management: Oversee project development, planning, and execution
  • Resource management: Forecast resource demand, identify gaps, and develop resource plans
  • Financial management: Track project budgets, perform financial analysis, and provide financial reports
  • Governance: Establish and maintain governance for delivery, including roles, responsibilities, and accountability
  • Risk management: Identify and resolve issues that could delay projects
  • Stakeholder management: Liaise with senior management, stakeholders, and project teams
  • Team management: Recruit and manage PMO resources, coach and develop project managers

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in IT, with substantial expertise in project management and process consultancy.
  • Proven track record of managing IT projects using Agile methodologies and Scrum processes.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and excellent leadership skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Advanced skills in MS Office, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
