Job Description
- Monitor SAS Viya Cloud workloads for system performance, availability, and SLA adherence.
- Troubleshoot job execution failures, data integration issues, and analytics model processing errors.
- Perform patching, software version upgrades, and maintenance for SAS Viya environments.
- Collaborate with development and analytics teams to resolve incidents related to reports, dashboards, and BI outputs.
- Ensure documentation of incidents, resolutions, and operational procedures.
- Maintain health checks, resource utilization, and automated alerts for SAS Viya workloads.
- Support business users and stakeholders with reporting, query execution, and troubleshooting analytics workflows.
