Responsibilities

• Provide support and training to end-users on SAP HR functionalities.
• Conduct system testing and troubleshoot issues related to SAP HR.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and compliance.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5-9 years of experience in SAP HR module implementation and support.
• Strong knowledge of SAP HR configuration and integration with other modules.
• Proficiency in SAP HR reporting and data analysis.
• Experience in managing payroll, personnel administration, and talent management processes within SAP.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
