SAP VIM Consultant

We are looking for a skilled SAP VIM Consultant to implement and support OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) solutions integrated with SAP. The consultant will be responsible for the design, configuration, testing, and support of VIM processes, ensuring smooth and automated invoice processing in alignment with business requirements.

• Analyze business requirements and design VIM solutions to optimize invoice processing.
• Configure OpenText VIM for SAP including:
• Invoice capture and validation.
• Exception handling workflows.
• Approval processes and escalation paths.
• Integrate VIM with SAP FI (Accounts Payable) , MM (Procure-to-Pay) , and Workflow .
• Support invoice processing through the full lifecycle from scanning to posting.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure system stability.
• Work with business users and external vendors on issue resolution and change requests.
• Develop technical and user documentation.
• Conduct training for end users and support teams.

Mandate Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP OpenText VIM configuration and support.
• Deep understanding of Invoice Management Lifecycle in SAP.
• Knowledge of:
• Document Processing (DP)
• Business Center / ICC / OCR solutions
• VIM Approval Workflows .
• Integration with SAP FI , MM , and Workflow (SAP Business Workflow) .
• Experience with VIM exception handling and automation.
• Experience with S/4HANA VIM is highly desirable.
• Experience in testing, go-live preparation, hypercare, and post-production suppor
