Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Design and develop high-quality software applications based on business requirements.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

- Create technical specifications and design documents.

- Ensure the applications are scalable, reliable, and secure.

- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members.

- Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and issues.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

- Mentor and guide junior team members in their professional development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP TM Transportation Management.

- Experience in designing and developing applications using SAP TM.

- Strong understanding of transportation management processes and best practices.

- Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems.

- Experience in performance tuning and optimization of SAP TM applications.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP TM Transportation Management.

- A Ug or Equivalent is required.
