Sap Tm Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and implement core SAP TM components:
• VSR Optimizer
• Charge Management
• Freight Order Management
• Order Management
• Manage industry-specific TM scenarios (Shipper, LSP, Carrier)
• Lead and participate in full-cycle SAP TM implementations, including blueprinting, testing, training, go-live, and hypercare
• Integrate SAP TM with SD, MM, FICO, and third-party systems
• Maintain master and transactional data with integrity and consistency
• Mentor junior consultants and facilitate knowledge sharing
• Drive process improvements, automation, and adherence to best practices
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot, and proactively address issues
• Participate in incident, problem, and change management following ITIL processes
• Support audits and compliance activities
• Collaborate with clients to analyze business challenges and recommend solutions
