SAP TM Functional

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP TM (Transportation Management) Functional Consultant with 12+ years of overall SAP experience, including strong expertise in SAP TM. The candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end implementations, solution design, and delivering high-quality TM solutions aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation and support projects in SAP TM
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP TM solutions
• Configure and customize SAP TM processes including:
• Freight Order Management
• Transportation Planning & Optimization
• Carrier Selection & Tendering
• Freight Costing & Settlement
• Integrate SAP TM with other SAP modules such as SAP EWM, SD, MM, and FI
• Work on S/4HANA Embedded TM and standalone TM environments
• Conduct workshops, blueprinting, and solution design sessions with stakeholders
• Provide functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements
• Support testing phases (Unit Testing, SIT, UAT) and ensure successful deployment
• Troubleshoot issues and provide post-go-live support
• Drive process improvements and best practices

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP TM Functional (minimum 5+ years in TM)
• Experience in multiple full lifecycle implementations
• Good knowledge of:
• Transportation Planning
• Freight Execution
• Charge Management
• Settlement Management
• Experience in integration with EWM, SD, MM, FI
• Exposure to S/4HANA TM (Embedded TM preferred)
• Understanding of logistics and supply chain processes
• Strong client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in SAP Event Management (EM) or GTS integration
• Knowledge of Fiori Apps in SAP TM
• Exposure to LSMW, IDOCs, Interfaces, and Enhancements
• SAP Certification in TM or S/4HANA is a plus
