Sap Tm Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver end-to-end SAP TM implementation projects (at least 12 full lifecycle implementations).
• Configure and support SAP TM modules including Planning, Execution, Charge Management, and Settlement.
• Gather business requirements and convert them into functional specifications.
• Work on Freight Unit (FU), Freight Order (FO), Freight Agreements, Tariffs, and Rate Determination.
• Integrate SAP TM with SAP ECC/S/4HANA, EWM, SD, MM, and other logistics modules.
• Conduct workshops, prepare design documents, test scripts, and lead UAT.
• Support go-live and provide post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6+ years of experience in SAP TM (Functional).
• Mandatory: At least 1–2 end-to-end SAP TM implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of Transportation Planning, Load Consolidation, Optimization, and Execution.
• Experience with SAP TM 9.x or S/4HANA TM.
• Good understanding of logistics and supply chain business processes.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• SAP TM certification.
• Experience in PI/PO, EDI, or other integration technologies.
