Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) to lead and oversee technical delivery for our SAP projects in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP technologies and project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technical delivery of SAP TDM projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and success.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and best practices in technical delivery.

Skills and Qualifications

• 10-20 years of experience in SAP Technical Delivery Management.
• Strong understanding of SAP TDM and related technologies.
• Proven experience managing large-scale SAP projects.
• Excellent project management skills and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in SAP tools and technologies, including SAP HANA, Data Services, and BusinessObjects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
