Job Description
Locations- Pan India
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to analyze their recruitment and onboarding processes and identify how SAP SuccessFactors can enhance these functions
- Lead and participate in the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding and Recruitment modules including requirement gathering, system configuration, testing, and go-live support
- Study SAP SuccessFactors Delta releases and recommends new features
- Integrate ONB20 with Recruitment and Employee Central
- Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for clients to ensure effective use and adoption of the implemented modules
- Implementation of ONB20 with ONB 10 existing reference for the client
- Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement services to clients
- Collaborate with other SAP SuccessFactors consultants and teams to integrate the Onboarding and Recruitment modules with other HR processes and systems
- Stay updated on the latest SAP SuccessFactors features, releases, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable recommendations to clients
- Prepare project documentation including process flow diagrams, functional specifications, and user manuals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding and Recruitment module implementation
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices in recruitment and onboarding
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- SAP SuccessFactors certification in ONB20 and RCM is a must
