Job Description
We are seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant for the B03 project. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, with a strong understanding of core HR processes and SuccessFactors integration.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) to meet client-specific requirements.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, design business processes, and translate them into system configurations.
- Perform system configuration, data modeling, workflow setup, and role-based permissions within EC.
- Manage employee lifecycle events, organizational structures, and position management.
- Support data migration and validation activities using Import tools and Employee Central Data Models.
- Coordinate with technical teams for integrations with third-party and SAP systems (e.g., SAP HCM, Payroll, Time, Benefits).
- Conduct system testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Provide user training, prepare documentation, and support change management.
- Stay current with SuccessFactors quarterly releases and apply relevant updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end solution delivery.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration and implementation.
- Proficiency in data models (Corporate Data Model, Succession Data Model, Country-Specific Data Model).
- Experience with Foundation Objects, Business Rules, Event Reason Derivations, and Workflows.
- Familiarity with Role-Based Permissions (RBP) and Picklists.
- Knowledge of Data Import/Export tools and admin center functionalities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience integrating EC with SAP HCM (Hybrid model) or SuccessFactors modules like Recruiting, Onboarding, Time Off, and Payroll.
- Exposure to SAP Integration Center, SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration), and API-based integrations.
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification is preferred.
- Experience working on multi-country rollouts and localization requirements.
