Responsibilities

• Must Have Skills
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off Certification and project experience
• Working knowledge of HR Business processes and Fit to standard knowledge
• Requirement Gathering
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and document system requirements
• System Design
• Design and configure the SAP Employee Central module to align with business processes
• System Integration
• Integrate SAP Employee Central Time off and Time Sheet with other modules and external systems to ensure seamless data flow
• Key Responsibilities
• Must have 2 end to end implementation support experience in SAP SuccessFactors
• Experience in requirement gathering Working onshore offshore model
