SAP SuccessFactors Consultant – Compensation Module

• Configure and support the SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module based on business requirements.

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand requirements and translate them into functional solutions.

• Lead configuration activities, testing, and deployment for SuccessFactors Compensation.

• Support integration and alignment with other SuccessFactors modules as needed.

• Provide guidance on best practices for employee compensation processes within SuccessFactors.

• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and documentation for end-users and stakeholders.
