Roles and Responsibility

• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions using SAP Successfactor.
• Design, implement, and maintain complex SAP Successfactor projects.
• Provide training and support to end-users on SAP Successfactor functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP Successfactor.
• Develop and maintain documentation of SAP Successfactor implementations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP Successfactor with other systems.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Successfactor consulting or implementation.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Successfactor modules and functionalities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience working with international clients is an added advantage.
