Job Description

Responsibilities

  • 5+ years of experience configuring, implementing, and supporting the SAP SuccessFactors Succession module in a lead role .
  • Associate or Professional certification in one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules:- Succession Management Career Development Planning and Mentoring .
  • Subject matter expertise in talent management business processes.
  • Knowledgeable of current HR policies and practices and able to anticipate future trends affecting the business from a systems and process perspective.
  • Ability to elicit and document business requirements. Design, implement, and support solutions for complex Human Capital Management (HCM) business processes.
  • Conduct requirements and design sessions with customers to identify current processes and future state needs.
  • Document requirements and configuration decisions in the configuration workbook and work directly with the client to obtain sign-off of the final document.
  • Configure applications to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance on HCM processes.
  • Work with team members to facilitate successful integration between modules and related business processes.
  • Validate configurations through testing plans and scripts
  • Use standard tools to execute data migration activities including data loads and validation
  • Train end-users on specific processes and applications
  • Provide post-implementation support services including incident management, release management, and enhancement requests.
  • Transfer knowledge to the customer for ongoing maintenance support
  • Keep abreast of upcoming SAP releases and features .
  • Maintain certifications in your respective area(s) of expertise.
