Main Responsibilities:

• Implement the SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Planning module with hands-on expertise.
• Functionally lead Strategic Workforce Planning in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• Translate user requirements, both written and verbal, into accurate and effective planning workbooks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and manage their expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build and support financial workforce planning models including costing, budgeting, and personnel cost planning.
• Ensure accurate integration and functional alignment between Workforce Planning and other SuccessFactors modules.
• Provide guidance on best practices for forecasting, scenario modeling, and long-term workforce strategy.
