SAP Success Factors Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support implementation and enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors Time Management modules (e.g., Time Tracking, Time Off, Clock In/Clock Out).
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system configurations.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to design end-to-end HR processes aligned with business goals.
• Configure and maintain time-related rules, accruals, work schedules, and time valuation schemas.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with local labor laws and global HR policies.
• Conduct system testing, user training, and post-go-live support.
• Act as a subject matter expert for SuccessFactors Time Management, staying updated with new releases and best practices.
• Mentor junior consultants and project team members
