Must Have :

• 2+ Sucess Factors valid certification (Mandatory Employee Central)  
• 5+ End to End Implementations for SAP S4 HANA HCM & SAP SuccessFactors for global customers  
• 3-8 years experience in the SAP HCM, S4 HANA and SuccessFactors presales cycle  
• Expertise in solution building and proposal writing with excellent communication skills across stakeholders 
• Strong background in scoping and estimation  
• Experience in creating and delivering excellent presentations with product demos (SAP S4 HANA / SuccessFactors)

Good to Have :

• Demonstrated ability in lead generation and conversion 
• Strong reporting and documentation skills 
• Experience Agile and Hybrid Agile Project Framework to deliver programs 
• Experience writing POVs on trending artifacts in the HCM domain 
• Good Understanding of Integrations Frameworks, Automation and business process improvement
