Job Description

Must Have :

  • SucessFactors certification in Compensation module & Variable Pay 
  • 5+ End to End Implementations for SuccessFactors Compensation & Varibale Pay 
  • Designing and Implementing of end to end compensation cycles  
  • workflows and business rules. 
  • Analyse and map the business requirements to the system capabilities to optimise the Compensation solution 
  • Experience in working with Integrations to third party systems for  
  • payroll. 
  • Knowledge of People Analytics, Story reports 

Good to Have :

  • Understand and evaluate business requirements 
  • Follow ITIL Processes in order to execute support activities. 
  •  Work on Incidents/Changes/Service Requests created by the  
  •   customer within the agreed SLA 
  • . Trouble-shoot issues and offer solutioning and user guidance when   

  needed 

  • . Interact with vendors regarding system upgrades, break fix,    
  •   performance, availability, and system uptimes 
  • . Ensure regular connects with Onsite team for providing daily status  
  •   updates 
  •  Maintain project documentation (Validation documents/KEDB etc.)  
  •   and adhere to customer's quality policy and procedures. 
  •  Presenting the status of work to customer in Weekly and Monthly  
  •   Status Meetings 
  •  Provide service improvement suggestions 

Required Skills
