• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP Subscription Order Management (SOM) solutions.
• Configure and customize SAP SOM modules to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide functional specifications.
• Conduct system testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP SOM applications.
• Document configurations, processes, and user guides.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in business, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5-6 years of experience in SAP SOM implementation and configuration.
• Strong understanding of SAP SOM processes and integration with other SAP modules.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• SAP SOM certification preferred.
