Roles and Responsibility

• Independently handle configuration related to Solution Manager and CHARM.
• Implement ChaRM (Change Request Management, Change Control Management) and Document Management.
• Configure Service Desk, Business Process Monitoring, Project definition, and blueprint nodes.
• Plan, design, and configure Solution Manager 7.2 (SolMan) to support Implementation solutions.
• Develop processes and procedures for governance around the use and deployment of Solution Manager.
• Provide recommendations to integrate current implementations for System Monitoring, Charm, Test Suite, and Sol Doc.

Job Requirements

• Strong experience in SAP Solution Manager with specialization in Application Lifecycle management.
• Experience in configuring ChaRM, Document Management, Service Desk, Business Process Monitoring, Project definition, and blueprint nodes.
• Ability to plan, design, and configure Solution Manager 7.2 (SolMan).
• Good knowledge of Solution documentation and focus on build.
• Understanding of best practices of SAP Solution Manager and ChaRM functionality.
• Experience in implementing additional aspects that may be beneficial to S/4HANA.
